We've made some improvements to Corporate Service Tickets. 
The portal now features a cleaner, more modern homepage, dedicated service tiles and enhanced search capabilities to help you find what you need faster. 

1. Multi-stage approvals - agents can initiate an approval workflow to users or groups for multi-stage or single approval. The updates align with the current approval process to make the approval process more streamlined and easier to use for agents and approvers.
2. Ticket assignment email - when a user is assigned a ticket they will now receive an email notification.
3. IM category and subcategory amendments - mandatory condition requirements for IM.
4. Agent approval override notification - updates to the notifcation for reassignment of an approval task by an agent.
5. Purchase of fuel - account code updated due to the new financial year.
6. EO enhancement request - new request offering created for EO enhancements.

Updates & Enhancements

1. The Activities tab now mirrors the right-hand activity pane for a consistent experience across the interface.

2. Assets now includes a Global view with customisable fields for greater flexibility.

3. Unused views have been removed from Assets for a cleaner, more streamlined interface.

1. Fixed: Issue sending emails via the Provance system to a Shared Mailbox.

2. Fixed: Error when visualising the 'Inactive - My Team Tickets' view in Incident Management.

3. Fixed: Missing Start Date field for Permanent Position in Prime House building Access Requests.

4. Fixed: Missing hyperlinks on the Purchase of Fuel Form where required links were not configured.

5. Fixed: Search returning irrelevant results for unrecognised search terms; a no-results state is now correctly displayed.

6. Fixed: Footer links have been fully removed from all pages.

7. Fixed: Text not wrapping in the review table on the Review & Submit page.
