Company Portal

Company Portal is your enterprise software app store. This tool is a modern replacement for our legacy app ZENworks that allows access to approved software without the need to be connected via VPN. As we transition away from ZENworks you will start to see more software appear in this portal.

You can access the Company Portal app using your department account and opening it from your Start Menu.

The application contains an inventory of approved software and allows you to install it without needing administrator permission. You can also use it to Reinstall applications which can repair problems AND install the latest version.

If you are unable to access the application from your Start Menu, please notify the Service Desk.

As a workaround, if Company Portal is not available (you may have a new computer, and it can take up to 45 minutes to initialize). Go to https://portal.manage.microsoft.com/ and sign in with your DWER account. Select devices and click on the grey bar and choose your current laptop number.

After you have selected your computer, you should then be able to see the applications that have been assigned to you
